SHIPPING TIMING

All orders placed online at shop.jeunive.com are processed within 48 business hours and should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping address and size of parcel and will be calculated during checkout. Free shipping is valid for US orders over $60 before tax and shipped to a US address. International shipping costs vary depending on country.

DELAYED/LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Jeunive is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. You may, however, cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it and before it is confirmed by Jeunive, (whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address.
